RULES

Each team will have to defend the goal on its side as well as score the goal on the opposite side.
Each team can have a maximum of 4 team members.
Round 1-
There will be an initial toss which decides who will attack and other will defend.
Round 2
The team on offense and defense will be swapped.
Round 3 This round consists of a series of penalty shootouts but the position from which shot has to be taken will vary and different positions have different markings The robot can have a built in spring mechanism for shooting which will be only functional in the third round.This will have significant advantages in final score calculations.
The weight limit of the robot for this competition is 5 Kg.
Each robot should not exceed 50 cm*50 cm*30cm.(L*W*H)
The start zone for the single or both robots is 500mm x 500mm.
Each goal scored by a team by rolling the ball on the ground will fetch the team positive points.
For any fault in the game will lead to negative points.
The voltage at any point on the electrical connections should not exceed 25 V DC The game will last for 5 minutes.
Maximum 2 members per team will be allowed to remain close to field for operating the robots.
In case of jam up of robots for more than 30 seconds the robots will have to kick-off again at the order of the referee.

RULES

The contestants are supposed to bring autonomous bots only.Robot must fit inside a box of dimensions 30cm x 30cm x 30cm during the whole course of run.
A team may consist of a maximum of 4 members.
Teams can be made from different years and colleges as well.
The dimension of bots should not exceed 30 cm in width and if it has a circular base than 30 cm in diameter or less.
The Robots shouldn't be made of any ready made Lego kits.
The Robot should be run by on board power supply. External power supply will not be provided.
The event will consist of 2 rounds.
The top teams will qualify for the 2nd round.
The team according to fastest time and minimum penalties will be declared winner and eligible for prize.
The decision of the judges will be final.
Other penalties related to manhandling, restarting from previous checkpoints,etc will be revealed at the time of competition.
All the teams will be given 10 minutes to calibrate their IR sensors.
Damaging the track will result in penalty.

RULES

All films / documentaries shot on film or Video (Analog / Digital format) after January 2018 within a running duration of 3 minutes to 10 minutes are eligible for the festival/awards.
Entries of all films / documentaries (hereafter collectively called Films) shall be accepted only in DVD format OR Online.
There shall be 3 categories in the festival/award: Documentary, Fiction, Silent.
Best 3 films will be awarded in each category.a Film Festival, conceptualized to commemorate a hundred years of Indian Cinema, in association with “Delhi International Film Festival” and “The Social Circle”, is a great platform for all new film makers across India.
If language of the film is other than English, it must be dubbed or sub-titled in English.
Films may be entered by any college/ Inter-college team is allowed.
Selection of films / videos for FSFF 2018 will be done by a committee whose decision will be final. However, Festival Authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any film that is likely to offend sentiments, feelings or sensibilities of any caste, community, religion and sect or is likely to promote racism or ill will in the society. 8. Only one entry from a team is allowed.
A team can have 2-5 members.
FSFF 2018 would be allowed to use all photographs and publicity materials received along with the entry.
The Festival Authorities will have the right to screen (maximum 10 screening in each category).
For promotional / publicity purposes, films posters can be used during the festival period.
Entry Forms with incorrect / inadequate / illegible / ambiguous particulars will not be considered.
DVDs submitted for selection will be considered as final and no changes will be entertained after submission. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to submit DVDs without any physical / quality defects.
All shortlisted entries will receive a certificate.
Films once selected and submitted for the final screening will not be allowed to be withdrawn under any circumstances, until the Festival is over.
